Trial & Site Identification

“Our deep relationships with CROs, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies combined with our proactive approach enable us to help institutions identify new research opportunities.”

Carmela Houston-Henry
Director, Corporate Development

It takes time and effort to understand the clinical research goals of investigators and identify relevant research opportunities. We can take on this task, so your team can focus on other critical efforts.

Established Relationships & CRO Partnerships
For over 20 years, we’ve been developing relationships with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. In addition, we have longstanding partnerships with the leading CROs, including IQVIA Prime Site, Parexel Site Alliance, Covance, and Icon. These partnerships provide us with early and preferred access to clinical research opportunities in all therapeutic areas and phases of clinical research.

Efficiency in Determining Investigator/Study Fit
As clinical trials become increasingly more complicated, our priority is to help investigators identify studies that fit their research needs and patient population as efficiently as possible. We work closely with study sites to complete Sponsors/CRO’s Feasibility Questionnaires. Our SMART CTMS system and historical databases can help expedite the process of completing lengthy feasibility documents and make it less overwhelming.

Proactive Approach
We identify clinical research opportunities by leveraging our relationships/partnerships with sponsors and CROs. This allows your institution to benefit from the connections we’ve developed over the past 20 years. In addition, we routinely search relevant publications and journals keeping watch for new research opportunities that may be of interest to our institutions and investigators. With our support, institutions can free up resources to focus on clinical trial implementation, identifying and retaining research participants, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining high quality clinical research data.
