Adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea are asked to participate in a clinical research study being conducted by Concorde Medical Group, PLLC.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are age 18 to 65 years
• Have been diagnosed with IBS with diarrhea
• Have had a colonoscopy performed within 5 years prior to prescreening for this study

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Are a female who is pregnant or breast feeding
• Have a history or current evidence of laxative abuse
• Have a history of bipolar disorder or psychotic disorder
• Have an unstable kidney, liver, metabolic, or blood-related condition
