Patients with Active Lupus Nephritis are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are 18 to 75 years old
• Have a confirmed diagnosis that meets the study requirements
• Have had a kidney biopsy with histological diagnosis within 6 months prior to the baseline visit

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Are a female who is pregnant or breast feeding
• Have received dialysis within the last month
• Have had a kidney transplant or are planning to have a transplant
