Adults with Isolated Cervical Dystonia (ASPEN–1)

People with cervical dystonia are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are a male or female 18-80 years of age
  • Meet diagnostic criteria for isolated cervical dystonia with at least moderate severity

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have neurological abnormalities in the neck other than cervical dystonia
  • Have a history of severe (stage 3) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or unstable pulmonary disease within 30 days prior to Screening
  • Have a history of dysphagia (moderate to severe)
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant
