HIV-1 Infection

People with HIV-1 Infection are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥18 and ≤65 years of age
• Have plasma HIV-1 RNA < 50 copies/mL at screening • Have CD4+ T-cell count ≥ 200 cells/µL at screening You may not participate in this study if you: • Have received LEN or any broadly neutralizing antibody for HIV-1 prior to study • Have been treated with immunosuppressant therapies or chemotherapeutic agents within 4 weeks of study screening • Have clinically significant abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) at the screening visit • Have active, serious infections (other than HIV-1 infection) requiring systemic antibiotic • Are hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibody positive and HCV RNA detectable • Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant during study Contact Information Yvette Ash, Study Coordinator Phone: (718) 920-8410 Email: YVETASH@MONTEFIORE.ORG 23-02-095
