Non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or cisplatin-eligible urothelial cancer

People with Non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or cisplatin-eligible urothelial cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  •  Are a least 18 years of age or older
  • Have a diagnosis of locally advanced (primary or recurrent) or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC or cisplatin-eligible urothelial cancer not previously treated with systemic therapy

You may not participate in this study if you:

  • Have previously received systemic treatment for your locally advanced or metastatic cancer (that cannot be removed surgically)
  • Have previously received an immunotherapy agent directed at T cells or immune checkpoint processes (immune checkpoint inhibitor)
  • Have had a diagnosis of any other malignancy within the past 2 years
  • Have a history of colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, pneumonitis, pulmonary fibrosis
  •  Have tested positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Hepatitis B or C
  •  Are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant
