BRANY ACQUIRES COMPLIANCE SOFTWARE PROVIDER TECH SOFTWARE

Tech Software’s offerings will round out a growing portfolio of compliance and research solutions

(Lake Success, NY) — BRANY announced today its acquisition of Tech Software, a leading provider of SaaS compliance solutions in the higher education, academic medical center (AMC), hospital, commercial IRB, and government agency sectors.

BRANY will acquire Tech Software’s comprehensive compliance solutions including:

  • OneAegis for IRB (f/k/a IRBManager)
  • OneAegis for IACUC
  • OneAegis for Conflict of Interest
  • OneAegis for IBC
  • OneAegis for Projects
  • OneAegis for Study Binders

Mr. Leverich, his co-founder Ari Samson, and the rest of the Tech Software team will join BRANY as part of the newly formed Tech Software division.
