Advanced Colorectal Cancer

People with advanced colorectal cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Monter Cancer Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically proven diagnosis of advanced colorectal adenocarcinoma
• Have at least one measurable lesion
• Have acceptable liver and renal function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received systemic anti-cancer therapy within 28 days
• Had major surgery within 28 days prior to first dose of study drug
• Have had radiation therapy within 14 days
• Have received a live vaccine within 28 days
• Have any other active malignancy within ≤2 years
• Have a history of allogeneic stem cell transplantation or organ transplantation
• Have severe chronic or active infections requiring medicine within 14 days
• Have been participating in another therapeutic clinical study
• Have any episode of syncope or seizure within 28 days
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
