Advanced/Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma

People with treatment naive advanced/metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma are asked to
participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have advanced/metastatic HCC
• Have at least 1 measurable lesion
• Have an adequate organ function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have known fibrolamellar HCC, sarcomatoid HCC, or mixed cholangiocarcinoma and HCC
• Have any prior allogenic stem cell or solid organ transplantation
• Have untreated symptomatic central nervous system (CNS) metastases
• Have an uncontrolled or significant cardiovascular disease
• Had major surgery within 4 weeks
• Have an active SARS-CoV-2 infection
• Have concurrent malignancy or history of prior malignancy active within 2 years
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
