ADVANCED OR METASTATIC MELANOMA

People with advanced or metastatic melanoma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 12 years of age
• Are histologically confirmed with unresectable Stage III and Stage IV melanoma
• Have measurable disease
• Have adequate bone marrow, hepatic, and kidney function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have uveal melanoma
• Have ongoing or recent evidence of an autoimmune disease
• Have any other malignancy or required active treatment in the past 2 years
• Had major surgery, open biopsy, or significant traumatic injury within 4 weeks
• Had allogeneic stem cell transplant or solid organ transplant prior to screening
• Have received any anti-cancer therapy within 21 days
• Have received a live vaccine within 30 days of planned start of study medication
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant
