Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

People with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically documented NSCLC
• Have adequate bone marrow function
• Have measurable disease

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received prior systemic treatment for advanced or metastatic NSCLC
• Have received radiotherapy ≤4 weeks prior to start of study
• Have a history of another primary malignancy
• Have a history of (non-infectious) interstitial lung disease requiring steroids
• Have an uncontrolled or significant cardiovascular disease
• Have a clinically significant corneal disease
• Had an allogeneic tissue/solid organ transplant
• Have received a live vaccine or live-attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have an uncontrolled infection requiring IV antibiotics, antivirals, or antifungals
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
