Advanced Solid Tumors
People with advanced solid tumors are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Are pathologically confirmed with advanced solid tumor
• Have ability to swallow an oral medication whole
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have disease that is suitable for therapy administered with curative intent
• Have received any immunotherapy or other antibody therapy within 28 days
• Have visceral crisis, lymphangitic spread, or leptomeningeal carcinomatosis
• Have CNS metastases or spinal cord compression
• Have known intracranial hemorrhage and/or bleeding diatheses
• Have clinically significant, uncontrolled, cardiovascular disease
• Have a history of another primary malignancy
• Have active, uncontrolled viral, bacterial, or fungal infection
• Have planned major surgical procedure within 14 days
• Have any prior or ongoing clinically significant illness
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
