Breast cancer
People with previously untreated, locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Queens Hospital Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have measurable disease
• Have adequate hepatic function
• Have locally advanced, inoperable, or metastatic TNBC
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have received systemic anticancer treatment within the previous 6 months
• Have an active second malignancy
• Have known active central nervous system (CNS) metastases
• Have active chronic inflammatory bowel disease
• Have active serious infection requiring antibiotics
• Have received a live vaccine within 30 days prior to randomization
• Have other concurrent medical or psychiatric conditions
• Are enrolled in another device or drug study within 4 weeks
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
