End Stage Kidney Disease

People with end stage kidney disease undergoing dialysis are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have a diagnosis of ESKD (end stage kidney disease) undergoing maintenance dialysis for at least12 weeks before Screening

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Are receiving systemic immunosuppressant agents
• Are tested positive for active tuberculosis (TB) using an interferon- release assay
• Have a history of latent TB without completion of full course of prophylactic treatment
• Have an evidence of HIV infection during Screening
• Have received a live vaccine within 6 weeks of start of Screening
• Are pregnant or breast-feeding women
