Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

People with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have ES-SCLC defined as Stage IV
• Have measurable disease
• Have adequate organ function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received any prior treatment for SCLC
• Have received a live or live-attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have an active infection requiring systemic therapy
• Have had major surgery within 3 weeks
• Have other malignancies within 3 years
• Have an active autoimmune disease
• Have a history of pneumonitis/interstitial lung disease
• Have had an allogenic tissue/solid organ transplant
• Have participated in other studies involving investigational drug/device within 4 weeks
• Have a history of, or active human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
