High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma

People with High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥18 years of age
• Have histologically confirmed Large B-Cell Lymphoma (LBCL)

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have treatment for LBCL other than the 1 cycle of R-chemotherapy prior to study
• Have T-cell/histiocyte-rich LBCL
• Have a history of autoimmune disease
• Have cardiac atrial or ventricular lymphoma involvement
• Have received live vaccine ≤ 6 weeks prior to study
• Have a history of severe immediate hypersensitivity reaction to aminoglycosides
• Have CNS disorder such as dementia, autoimmune disease with CNS involvement
• Have a history of non-line associated, clinically significant deep vein thrombosis
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV),hepatitis B or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
