Mature B-Cell Malignancies

People with Mature B-Cell Malignancies are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have a history of histologically or cytologically confirmed mature B-cell malignancy that has not responded to treatment or has returned
• Have measurable or detectable disease

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received prior treatment with standard radiotherapy, cytotoxic chemotherapy, anti-cancer treatments, or other study drug within 4 weeks of first dose of study drug
• Have received Hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) and chimeric antigen receptor therapy within 90 days
• Have rapidly progressing disease in need of immediate cytoreductive therapy
• Have another clinically significant invasive malignancy in the last 2 years
• Have symptomatic or active CNS involvement of disease
• Have chronic jaundice and/or a known familial history of jaundice
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant during the study period
