Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
People with metastatic colorectal cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically or cytologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the colon or rectum
• Have adequate organ and marrow function
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have received small molecule kinase inhibitor or investigational drug within 2 weeks
• Have received any anticancer antibody or systemic chemotherapy within 3 weeks
• Have received radiation therapy for bone metastasis within 2 weeks
• Had major surgery within 4 weeks
• Have a history of solid organ transplantation
• Have brain metastases or cranial epidural disease
• Have received a live, attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have a known history of COVID-19 within 30 days
• Have clinically significant cardiovascular, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders
• Have any other active malignancy or diagnosis of another malignancy within 2 years
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
