Metastatic or Locally Advanced Solid Tumors

People with metastatic or locally advanced solid tumors are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Monter Cancer Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥18 years of age
• Are confirmed with locally advanced (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumor malignancy
• Have at least 1 measurable lesion

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received other investigational agents or devices concurrently or within 21 days or 5 half-lives
• Have squamous cell colorectal carcinoma, gastrointestinal stromal cancer and neuroendocrine carcinomas
• Have received a live vaccine against infectious diseases within 28 days prior to initiation of study treatment
• Have an infection requiring systemic therapy within 14 days prior to study drug treatment
• Have received a prior allogeneic bone marrow or solid organ transplant
• Have had major surgery within 28 days prior to the start of study treatment
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant during study period
