Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma

People with Muscle-Invasive Urothelial Carcinoma (MIBC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are diagnosed with MIBC
• Have adequate bone marrow, liver, and renal function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have any other active malignancies
• Have clinically significant liver disease
• Have concurrent urinary tract infection
• Have a history of clinically significant polyuria
• Have a history of allergy to protein-based therapies
• Have a history of uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
• Have had an allogeneic tissue/solid organ transplant
• Had major surgery within 4 weeks before first dose
• Have an active, known, or suspected autoimmune disease
• Have received a live virus vaccine within 30 days prior to study
• Have an active infection requiring systemic IV therapy within 14 days
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
