Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

People with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically documented NSCLC
• Have adequate bone marrow and organ function
• Have at least 1 measurable lesion

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have a history of interstitial lung disease
• Have evidence of any leptomeningeal disease
• Have any underlying pulmonary disorder
• Have received any other prior systemic therapies
• Have received whole-brain radiation therapy <14 days • Had major surgery <28 days • Have a history of other active malignancy within 3 years • Have an uncontrolled or significant cardiovascular disease • Have any evidence of severe or uncontrolled diseases • Have any evidence of clinically active spinal cord compression or brain metastases • Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C • Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant Contact Information Charlotte Sklow, Study Coordinator Phone: (718) 405-8535 Email: CHARLOTTE.SKLOW@EINSTEINMED.ORG 22-06-379
