Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
People with non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the White Plains Hospital.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have at least 1 measurable lesion
• Have an adequate organ function
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of NSCLC
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have received systemic therapy before the study
• Have received radiotherapy within 2 weeks prior to study
• Have received a live or live-attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have active chronic inflammatory bowel disease
• Have a history of pneumonitis/interstitial lung disease
• Have active infection requiring systemic therapy
• Have known psychiatric or substance abuse disorder
• Have a history of allogenic tissue/solid organ transplant
• Have known active CNS metastases and/or carcinomatous meningitis
• Have active autoimmune disease that has required systemic treatment in past 2 years
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
