Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

People with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically or cytologically documented NSCLC
• Have adequate hematologic and organ function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have an inability or unwillingness to swallow pills
• Have malabsorption syndrome
• Have severe acute or chronic infections
• Have received systemic anticancer therapy regimens for NSCLC
• Have received neo-adjuvant and/or adjuvant chemotherapy within 12 months
• Have significant traumatic injury or major surgical procedure within 4 weeks
• Have a history of or active clinically significant cardiovascular dysfunction
• Have chronic diarrhea, short bowel syndrome or significant upper GI surgery
• Have received palliative radiation to bone metastases within 2 weeks
• Have a history of other malignancy within 3 years prior to screening
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
