Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
People with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC
• Have at least one measurable lesion
• Have an adequate organ function
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have received anticancer therapy including cytotoxic chemotherapy, and investigational agents, ≤ 14 days
• Have received osimertinib or antineoplastic monoclonal antibodies, immunotherapy
• Have been diagnosed with another primary malignancy other than NSCLC
• Have undergone major surgery within 28 days
• Have received radiation therapy ≤ 14 days prior to the first dose
• Have significant, uncontrolled, or active cardiovascular or renal disease
• Have a known history of uncontrolled hypertension
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
