Ovarian Cancer

People with ovarian cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are Female and at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Are diagnosed with Stage III or IV ovarian cancer
• Have an adequate organ function
• Have sufficient tumor tissue at Prescreening

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Had major surgery within 4 weeks
• Have received live vaccine within 14 days prior to study
• Have a known additional malignancy within the last 2 years
• Have received immunosuppressive therapy within 7 days prior to study
• Have not recovered from prior chemotherapy-induced Adverse Events
• Have participated in a study of an investigational agent within 4 weeks
• Have received whole blood transfusions in the 2 weeks prior to study
• Have symptomatic uncontrolled brain or leptomeningeal metastases
• Have an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment in the past 2 years
• Have a history of HIV-associated malignancy for the past 5 years
• Are known to be positive for hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
