Ovarian Cancer
People with ovarian cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age, and female
• Have a histological diagnosis of high grade serous ovarian cancer
• Have platinum-sensitive recurrent disease
• Have adequate organ function
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have untreated CNS metastases
• Have clinically significant corneal disease
• Are receiving concurrent anti-cancer therapy
• Have clinical signs or symptoms of gastrointestinal obstruction
• Are using constant or intermittent supplementary oxygen therapy
• Have a history of or suspected pneumonitis or interstitial lung disease
• Have had major surgery or systemic anti-cancer therapy within 28 days
• Have an additional malignancy that required treatment within 2 years
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
