Parkinson’s Disease

People with Parkinson’s disease are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 and <85 years of age
• Have diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson’s disease (PD)
• Have experienced dyskinesia over a period of at least 3 months prior to screening

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have undergone surgery for the treatment of PD
• Have psychiatric diagnosis of acute psychotic disorder
• Have a significant risk for suicidal behavior
• Have current seizure disorders requiring treatment with anti-convulsant
• Have known serious ongoing symptomatic cerebral disease
• Have any malignant disease or a history of neoplasms within the 2 years prior
• Have orthostatic or symptomatic hypotension
• Have any clinically significant ECG abnormalities
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
