Patients with Advanced Hematologic Malignancies, Including Lymphoma, Leukemia, and Multiple Myeloma

People with Advanced Hematologic Malignancies, Including Lymphoma, Leukemia, and Multiple Myeloma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are a male or female at least 18 years of age and have provided written informed consent
• Have available fresh or archived tumor tissue for exploratory biomarker research
• Have adequate hepatic & coagulation function
• Have histologically documented MM
• Have histologically confirmed, newly diagnosed TP53-wildtype AML
• Have histologically confirmed, newly diagnosed, TP53-mutated AML
• Have histologically confirmed R/R, transfusion-independent lymphoma (Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin)

You may NOT participate in this study if you:

• Have known, current central nervous system disease
• Have undergone radiation therapy within 14 days of study treatment Administration
• Have known immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, hepatitis B, or C
• Have a significant cardiovascular disease
• Have had major surgery within 30 days
• Have an uncontrolled infection requiring systemic antibiotics/antivirals/antifungals
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
