PD-L1 Positive Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

People with PD-L1 Positive Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically or cytologically documented TNBC
• Have measurable disease
• Have adequate hematologic counts
• Have adequate hepatic function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received systemic anticancer treatment within the previous 6 months
• Have received prior radiotherapy within 2 weeks
• Have an active second malignancy
• Have active chronic inflammatory bowel disease
• Have undergone an allogenic tissue or solid organ transplant
• Have known active central nervous system (CNS) metastases
• Have received a live or live-attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have active serious infection requiring antibiotics
• Have an active autoimmune disease that has required systemic treatment within 2 years
• Have a history of pneumonitis/interstitial lung disease that required steroids
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
