Peritoneal Cancers

People with peritoneal cancers are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥18 years of age
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous, or sarcomatous histology; mixed tumors containing any of the above histologies; or low-grade/borderline ovarian tumor
• Have more than one line of prior chemotherapy before current/planned triplet therapy
• Have prior wide-field radiotherapy affecting at least 20% of the bone marrow
• Have an active or chronic corneal disorders
• Have an active hepatitis B or C infection or HIV infection
• Have a history of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke within 6 months before enrollment
• Have a history of abdominal fistula or gastrointestinal perforation
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
