Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

People with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are female and at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have histologically or cytologically confirmed recurrent high grade epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer
• Have demonstrated relapse within 6 months of platinum therapy
• Have evaluable or measurable disease
• Have adequate hematologic and organ function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Had major surgery <28 days • Have received radiation therapy <14 days • Have received investigational drug(s) <28 days • Have had any other prior therapy directed at the malignant tumor, including immunologic agents • Have any other active (uncontrolled, metastatic) second malignancies or requiring therapy • Have active or uncontrolled bacterial, viral, or fungal infection requiring treatment • Have significant gastrointestinal abnormalities • Have severe acute or chronic medical or psychiatric condition • Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant Contact Information Neha Kumarley, Study Coordinator Phone: (212) 824-7659 Email: NEHA.KUMARLEY@MSSM.EDU 22-06-552
