Platinum-resistant ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer
People with platinum-resistant ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are female and at least ≥ 18 of age
• Have ECOG performance status ≤2
• Are histologically or cytologically confirmed with high-grade serous epithelial ovarian carcinoma, fallopian tube, or peritoneal carcinoma
• Have adequate hematologic and organ function
• Have measurable disease per RECIST version 1.1
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have histology of abdominal adenocarcinoma of unknown origin or diagnosis of a borderline ovarian tumor
• Had major surgery within 28 days
• Have received radiation therapy within 21 days
• Have received any systemic anti-cancer therapy
• Have active (uncontrolled, metastatic) second malignancies
• Have history or current evidence of congenital long QT syndrome
• Have an uncontrolled hypertension
• Have an active or uncontrolled infection
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
