Positive Recurrent/Metastatic Cancer
People with positive recurrent/metastatic cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have measurable disease
• Have histologically or cytologically confirmed tumor
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have symptomatic central nervous system (CNS) metastases
• Have an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment in past 2 years
• Have a history of prior allogeneic bone marrow, stem-cell, or solid organ transplantation
• Have received systemic anti-neoplastic therapy, or investigational therapy within 14 days
• Have been vaccinated with any live virus vaccine within 28 days
• Have a history of trauma or major surgery within 4 weeks
• Have received radiation therapy within 14 days
• Have any active bacterial, viral, or fungal infection
• Have second primary invasive malignancy
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
