Recurrent or Metastatic Ovarian Carcinoma
People with recurrent or metastatic ovarian, fallopian, primary peritoneal or carcinoma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Monter Cancer Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are a female at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of platinum-refractory or platinum-resistant ovarian, fallopian, or primary peritoneal cancer
• Have adequate bone marrow, renal and hepatic function
• Have measurable disease
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have serious, non-healing wound, ulcer, or bone fracture
• Had major surgical procedure within 28 days
• Have active bleeding or bleeding disorder
• Have received cytotoxic chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy within 28 days
• Have a history or evidence of central nervous system (CNS) disease within 6 months of enrollment
• Have proteinuria on urinalysis within 28 days
• Have clinically significant cardiovascular disease
• Have other malignancies within the last 5 years
• Have received an investigational agent within 28 days
• Have active bacterial infections requiring systemic antibiotics
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
