Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

People with Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are aged ≥18 years or meeting country definition of adult
• Have a diagnosis of previously treated r/r histologically proven CD19 expressing Disease
• Have adequate renal, hepatic, cardiac, bone marrow, and pulmonary function
• Have disease that is r/r after at least 2 prior lines of systemic therapy

You may NOT participate in this study if you:

• Have a history of anti-CD19 therapy
• Have a history of malignancy other than nonmelanoma skin cancer, carcinoma in situ (eg, cervix, bladder, breast), low-grade tumors deemed to be cured and not treated with systemic therapy
• Have had treatment with any investigational products within 14 days
• Have an active HIV, HBV, HCV, or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection
• Have a history or presence of clinically relevant CNS disorder
• Have received a live vaccine ≤6 weeks before the start of the conditioning regimen
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
