Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma

People with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have ECOG performance status of ≤2
• Have adequate organ function
• Have measurable disease

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have POEMS syndrome, IgM myeloma, or lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma
• Have graft-versus-host disease that is active or requires ongoing systemic immunosuppression
• Have a history of acute myocardial infarction within 5 months
• Have clinical signs of central nervous system involvement of MM
• Have congestive heart failure, cardiac myopathy or any uncontrolled cardiac condition
• Have not recovered from adverse reactions to prior myeloma treatment or procedures
• Have a chronic condition requiring the use of systemic corticosteroids
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
