Safety and Efficacy of IO102-IO103 (SCCHN) (mUBC)
People with Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and Neck (SCCHN), or Metastatic Urothelial Bladder Cancer (mUBC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Montefiore Medical Center.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are histologically or cytologically confirmed with recurrent, unresectable, or metastatic
• Have measurable disease
• Have adequate organ function
You may not participate in this study if you:
• Have received prior systemic anti-cancer therapy
• Have received any prior radiotherapy within 2 weeks
• Have a known additional malignancy within 2 years
• Have known psychiatric or substance abuse disorders
• Have had an allogeneic tissue/solid organ transplant
• Have received a live or live attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
