Unresectable, Locally Advanced, Stage III NSCLC

People with unresectable, locally advanced, stage III non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the White Plains Hospital.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of NSCLC
• Have a Stage IIIA, IIIB, or IIIC NSCLC
• Have an adequate organ function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have SCLC or tumors with the presence of small cell elements
• Have received major surgery within 4 weeks
• Have received radiotherapy prior to study
• Have an active infection requiring systemic therapy
• Have received a live or live-attenuated vaccine within 30 days
• Have a history of or current pneumonitis/interstitial lung disease
• Have an active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment in past 2 years
• Have any other malignancy that is progressing or requiring treatment within 5 years
• Are currently participating in or has participated in a study of an investigational agent
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
