Urothelial cancer with FGFR Mutations

People with urothelial cancer are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by White Plains Hospital.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are a male or female at least 18 years of age or older
• Have been diagnosed with urothelial cancer (advanced bladder cancer)Your tumor tissue has the characteristics that are required to participate in the study (FGFR+ alternations)Have received at least one prior chemotherapy for your advanced bladder cancer

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have received treatment with any other investigational agent or participation in another clinical study with therapeutic intent within the past 30 days
• Prior chemotherapy within 3 weeks
• Have received any prior immunomodulating agents or prior FGFR inhibitors
• Have known to be seropositive for human immunodeficiency virus or acquired immune deficiency syndrome
• Have active or chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis C
• Are pregnant, breastfeeding or plan to become pregnant
