Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder

People with muscle-invasive urothelial carcinoma of the bladder are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by the Montefiore Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least ≥ 18 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with urothelial carcinoma of the bladder within 90 days
• Have adequate bone marrow, liver, and renal function

You may not participate in this study if you:

• Have active malignancies
• Have received chemo or radiation therapy 2 years prior to study
• Have active tuberculosis
• Had an organ transplant
• Have clinically significant liver disease
• Have received a live virus vaccine within 30 days
• Have an infection requiring systemic intravenous therapy within 14 days
• Have active, uncontrolled urogenital bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, including UTI
• Are known to be positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B, or C
• Are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant
