September 1, 2023, marked the 25th Anniversary of BRANY’s entrance into the research industry
On September 1, 1998, BRANY’s forward-thinking owners, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Montefiore Medical Center, New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and Northwell Health, all competitors in many ways, came together to found a company that represented a new clinical trial service model and with 12 employees, many who are still with the company today, BRANY started its journey.
Now, twenty-five years later, BRANY, with a staff of more than 140 stands strong as a value-driven, employee-centric, agile and growing company that continues to provide an array of research and compliance support services.
BRANY has also significantly expanded beyond its original service offerings by adding key divisions including: HRP Consulting Group that offers research compliance consulting services; CITI Program providing online research, ethics, compliance and safety training; and Tech Software offering OneAegis compliance management software-as-a-service solutions.
Filling needs in the research market has also been top of mind for BRANY leading to the launch of innovative software tools including Protocol Builder® and Informed Consent Builder™.
As we look back, we can see the impact our company has had through the thousands of research studies received and processed by BRANY, the millions of learners trained through the CITI Program, endless clients that have been mentored and supported by HRP Consulting Group, and the countless organizations that benefit from software solutions including Tech Software’s OneAegis, as well as Protocol Builder and Informed Consent Builder.
Reaching our 25th year is a remarkable milestone for our company and one not easily achieved. In fact, most companies do not make it to this momentous occasion. BRANY’s success is directly tied to contributions of the wonderful team of people who come to work every day ready to lead, support, mentor, teach, innovate, create, improve, and keep us running smoothly. It is through the dedication, perseverance, caring and hard work of every division, team member, Board member, IRB member and advisor that BRANY is here today celebrating 25 years of success.
